Welcome to Halonia. These Terms of Service apply when you visit halonia.com, use our website, or purchase a product from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Our Products

Halonia offers digital crochet patterns and finished handmade crochet products. Some designs may be available as a Digital Pattern, a Finished Handmade Product, or both.

Each product page clearly shows which option you are selecting. Please review the product description and your selected option carefully before completing your purchase.

All prices on our website are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Handmade Products

Every finished Halonia piece is handmade, and many are made specifically after your order is placed. Small natural differences in shape, stitches, or size may occur, and colors may look slightly different depending on lighting and your screen settings. These variations are part of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Before your handmade order ships, we will send you a preview photo of your finished piece.

Custom Requests

We are happy to consider custom requests such as different colors, sizes, names, or selected design details. Availability depends on the design, materials, and our current order volume. If a customization affects the price or preparation time, we will let you know before we begin.

Orders and Customer Information

You do not need to create an account to purchase from Halonia.

When placing an order, please make sure your contact information, email address, billing information, and shipping address are accurate. Halonia is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information entered at checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You can request a change or cancellation of a handmade order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already started preparing materials or making your piece, so changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Pricing and Order Errors

We do our best to keep product descriptions, availability, and pricing accurate.

Halonia reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe there may be fraudulent activity, if a product or price was displayed incorrectly, or if we are unable to complete the order. If this affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before making any changes and issue a full refund if the order is cancelled.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account, or pay with a credit or debit card through PayPal without creating a PayPal account. Card payment availability may vary depending on your country.

Halonia never sees or stores your full credit or debit card information.

Shipping

Shipping costs, free shipping eligibility, preparation times, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

Returns and Refunds

Because our pieces are handmade and often made to order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or your package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Digital Products

Digital crochet patterns are delivered as PDF files available to download right after payment. They do not include a physical finished product.

Because digital files cannot be returned, digital pattern purchases are generally non-refundable once the file is available to download. Please see our Digital Products Policy for more information.

Intellectual Property

Halonia patterns, photographs, written instructions, graphics, designs, and other original content remain the intellectual property of Halonia.

You may use our patterns for personal projects and may sell finished handmade pieces that you personally create in small quantities.

You may not copy, share, upload, redistribute, resell, or commercially reproduce our pattern files or written content. You may not modify a Halonia pattern and sell it as your own, or translate and distribute or sell a translated version without permission from Halonia. Mass production based on Halonia patterns is not permitted.

Purchasing a pattern gives you permission to use it according to these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the pattern or its content.

Website Use

You agree not to use our website or content for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the website, or use Halonia content in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

Halonia's handmade products are decorative items and gifts. Some pieces contain small parts, such as safety eyes, keyrings, or clasps, and are not intended as toys for young children.

To the extent permitted by law, Halonia is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total responsibility for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Age and Legal Capacity

By purchasing from Halonia, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws that apply where you live.

Changes to These Terms

Halonia may update these Terms from time to time as our website, services, or policies change. The latest version will always be available on our website.
