QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees depend on your delivery address and the number of items in your cart. You will see the exact fee at checkout after entering your address. The total updates automatically.

Where do we deliver?

We ship worldwide. Typical timelines: Production 2–5 business days for made-to-order items, then Delivery 2–5 business days within the U.S. or 7–15 business days for international. Timelines may vary slightly during holidays or peak seasons.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

One order ships to one address. Please place separate orders if you need items delivered to different addresses.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We can ship to PO Boxes and most APO/FPO addresses. Delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates.

Is express shipping available?

At this time we offer standard shipping. If faster options are available for your location they will appear at checkout.

Can I apply a promotion code after my purchase is complete?

Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be added to an order that has already been placed.

How do i use a promo code on checkout?

Add items to cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your code in the discount field. If valid, the discount applies immediately.

Can I use 2 promo codes at the same time?

Unless stated otherwise, only one promotion code can be applied per order.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We do not currently accept phone orders. Please order on our website.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal only.

QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDER STATUS AND DELIVERY

How can I track my package?

ou will receive a shipping email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If your order includes multiple items you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

What should I do if my tracking number doesn't work?

Tracking can take 1–3 business days to update after shipment. If there is still no update after 5 business days, contact haloniastore@gmail.com and we will check with the carrier.

What should I do if a package is marked delivered but I cannot find it?

  • Check around the delivery area and with neighbors or family.

  • Review your shipping email for the latest scan.

  • Contact the local carrier using the tracking link.

  • If you still cannot locate the package, email haloniastore@gmail.com and we will help investigate.

MODIFYING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

How can I edit/cancel my order?

Because items are made to order, production may start soon after purchase. We cannot guarantee edits or cancellations once production has begun. If you need changes, email haloniastore@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Is there a cancellation fee available?

If an order is still eligible for cancellation, no fee applies. After production starts, cancellation is no longer available.

How can I exchange my items?

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or change of mind because each item is custom printed. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will provide a replacement or refund.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. In some regions PayPal or additional local methods may be available at checkout.

When will my card be charged?

Your payment is authorized and captured at checkout so we can begin production.

Why was my payment not accepted?

For security reasons banks do not share specific decline details with us. Please try a different card or contact your bank. If the issue persists, email haloniastore@gmail.com for assistance.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMONTS

How long do refunds and replacements take?

Once we confirm eligibility we process your request promptly.

  • Replacement: a new tracking number is usually issued within 2–5 business days.

  • Refund: funds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

How secure is my personal information?

We use industry-standard security and encrypted connections during checkout and payment processing. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

What is your quality-check process?

We work with trusted print partners. Each item is inspected for print quality and packaging before shipment. Minor variations in color or placement are normal for print-on-demand production.

  • Ask family or friends who may have used your device or card.
