You'll receive a digital PDF pattern with written instructions, helpful images, and the information you need to create the piece yourself. Digital patterns do not include a physical product.

Your pattern is available to download right after your payment is completed. A download button will appear on your order confirmation page, and we'll also email you a download link so you can come back to your file anytime. You don't need an account to buy or download a pattern.

First, check your email inbox and your spam or junk folder for the download link, and make sure the email you entered at checkout is correct. If you still need help, email us at support@halonia.com with your order information and we'll help restore access or resend your file.

Halonia patterns are provided in English by default. If you need another language, please contact us before purchasing and we'll let you know whether it can be supported.

If a step feels unclear, send us the pattern name, the section you're working on, and a photo of your work if possible. We'll do our best to explain it so you can continue with confidence.

Because digital files cannot be returned like physical products, digital pattern purchases are generally non-refundable once the file is available to download. Each product page clearly shows whether you're buying a Digital Pattern, a Finished Handmade Product, or whether both options are available, so please check your selection before checkout.

You're welcome to sell finished handmade pieces that you personally create from Halonia patterns in small quantities. Halonia patterns, PDF files, written instructions, photos, and other related content may not be copied, shared, uploaded, redistributed, or resold in any form.

Credit is not required, but we always appreciate a mention like "Pattern by Halonia" or "Design by Halonia" when you share your finished work online.

The Halonia Free Collection is a growing selection of crochet patterns you can enjoy completely free. We regularly add new designs and aim to share fresh free patterns each week. The same rules about copying, sharing, and reselling apply to free patterns too.

Yes. Every finished crochet piece from Halonia is handmade one piece at a time, so small natural variations may occur, and colors may look slightly different depending on lighting and your screen.

We're happy to consider custom requests such as different colors, sizes, names, or selected design details. Some customizations may affect the price or preparation time, and we'll always let you know before we begin.

Most handmade pieces take around 3 to 5 days to prepare, depending on the complexity of the design. Before your order ships, we'll send you a preview photo of your finished piece so you can see it before it begins its journey to you.

You can request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already started making your piece, so cancellation may no longer be possible.

Because many pieces are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us and we'll make things right.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your handmade pieces.

United States & United Kingdom: one flat rate per order, from $5.99 for small pieces up to $14.99 for large pieces. Adding more pieces of the same size never raises your shipping.

All other international destinations: from $10.99, with only a small amount added for each extra piece.

US & UK orders of $75 or more ship for free. Digital patterns never need shipping, so pattern-only orders have no shipping fee.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:


United States & United Kingdom: approximately 7 to 12 days

Other international destinations: approximately 8 to 20 days


We ship to most countries, mainly with DHL or UPS, and every physical order includes tracking. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country, paid upon delivery.

If your package is well past the expected delivery time or appears to be lost, please contact us. Once it's confirmed lost, you can choose a replacement or a refund.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the item, the damaged area, and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund if the issue happened during shipping or was caused by our error.
