Production time: 2–5 business days (each item is custom made-to-order).

Delivery time:

• United States: 2–5 business days after shipment

• International: 7–15 business days after shipment

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Note: Your order may arrive in multiple shipments to speed delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Our items are produced quickly after purchase, so we can’t guarantee changes once production has started.
If you need to update the size, address, or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at haloniastore@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t entered production yet.
