When will I get my order?
Production time: 2–5 business days (each item is custom made-to-order).
Delivery time:
United States: 2–5 business days after shipment
International: 7–15 business days after shipment
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Note: Your order may arrive in multiple shipments to speed delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Can I add or remove products from my order?
Our items are produced quickly after purchase, so we can’t guarantee changes once production has started.
If you need to update the size, address, or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at haloniastore@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t entered production yet.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is in the order confirmation email sent right after checkout.
Search your inbox (and Spam/Promotions) for “Halonia”.
If you created an account, you can also find it in My Account → Orders.
