Halonia offers digital crochet patterns designed to help you create our designs yourself.

Please read the information below before purchasing a digital product.

Halonia digital crochet patterns are provided as PDF files.

Patterns may include written instructions, helpful images, stitch information, assembly guidance, and other details needed to complete the design.

A Digital Pattern purchase does not include a physical finished product.

Halonia patterns are provided in English by default.

If you need a pattern in another language, please contact us before purchasing. We will be happy to check whether the language you need can be supported.

After your payment has been successfully completed, your pattern will be delivered electronically using the contact information you provided during checkout.

Please make sure your email address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.

If you get stuck while working on one of our patterns, you are always welcome to contact Halonia.

If a stitch count, row, assembly step, or part of the written instructions feels unclear, send us the pattern name, the section you are working on, and a photo of your work if possible.

We will do our best to help explain the step more clearly.

You may use Halonia patterns for your own personal crochet projects, including items for yourself, family, friends, or gifts.

You may personally create finished products using Halonia patterns and sell those handmade pieces in small quantities.

Our patterns are intended to support individual makers and small handmade businesses rather than mass production.

Credit is not required, but we always appreciate mentions such as:

or

Design by Halonia

You may not copy, share, upload, redistribute, or resell a Halonia pattern or PDF file.

You may not reproduce or sell our written instructions, images, or pattern content.

You may not modify a Halonia pattern and sell or distribute it as your own.

You may not translate a Halonia pattern and distribute or sell the translated version without our permission.

You may not use Halonia patterns for mass production.

Purchasing a pattern gives you permission to use the pattern according to these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the pattern or its content.

Because digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical products, digital pattern purchases are generally non refundable once the file has been delivered.

This also generally applies when a Digital Pattern is purchased accidentally.

We understand that mistakes can happen, so each product page clearly identifies whether you are purchasing a Digital Pattern, a Finished Handmade Product, or whether both options are available.

Please take a moment to check your selected product type before completing your purchase.

If you are unsure whether a listing is a pattern or a finished piece, feel free to contact us before ordering. We will be happy to help.

Patterns included in the Halonia Free Collection are provided free of charge for you to enjoy.

Unless otherwise stated, the same rules regarding copying, redistribution, resale, and commercial use of the pattern file apply to Free Collection patterns.

If you do not receive your file, please first check your email inbox and spam or junk folder when applicable.

If you entered incorrect contact information, lost access to your file, or are having trouble opening the pattern, contact Halonia with your order information.

If we can verify your original purchase, we will do our best to help restore access or resend the file when appropriate.
