If you're still stuck, send us the pattern name, the row or step you're working on, a short description of what's going wrong, and a photo of your work if possible. We'll help explain it as clearly as we can.

Yes. Halonia patterns are provided in English by default, and we're happy to provide your pattern in another language too. Just send us the pattern name and the language you need, and we'll prepare it for you.

First, check your email inbox and your spam or junk folder for the download link. If you still can't download or open your pattern, send us your order information and we'll help restore access or resend your file.
