Shipping Policy

We use one simple flat rate per order, no matter how many handmade items you choose. United States & United Kingdom: $12.99. All other international destinations: $18.99. Digital patterns never need shipping, so pattern-only orders have no shipping fee.

Yes. US & UK orders with $125 or more in handmade products ship for free. Digital patterns are not included in the $125 total. The free shipping option appears automatically at checkout once your order qualifies.

Most handmade pieces take about 3 to 5 days to prepare, depending on the design. Custom or highly detailed pieces may need a little more time, and we will let you know if so. Before your order ships, we will send you a preview photo of your finished piece.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes about 7 to 12 days to the United States and 8 to 20 days to other international destinations. Most orders ship with DHL or UPS. These are estimates, and delays may happen due to customs, holidays, weather, or carriers.

Yes. Every physical order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking may take a few business days to start updating.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by your country. These are paid by the customer upon delivery, are not included in the shipping cost, and are set by local authorities outside our control.

Please contact us as soon as possible to change your address. Once an order has shipped, we may no longer be able to change it, and reshipping due to an incorrect address may cost extra. If your package is confirmed lost, you can choose a replacement or a refund.
