Estimated delivery after shipment:

• United States: approximately 7–12 days
• Other international destinations: approximately 8–20 days

Physical orders include tracking. Most orders are shipped with DHL or UPS, although another trusted carrier may be used depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their destination country.

REFUND AND SUPPORT

Because this is a digital product, pattern purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered, including accidental purchases.

If you get stuck on a stitch, round, shaping step, or assembly section, please contact Halonia with the pattern name, the step you are working on, and a photo if possible.

If you purchase the Digital Pattern option, no physical item will be shipped. Once your payment has been successfully completed, Halonia will send the PDF pattern to the email address you provided at checkout within 1 hour.

Finished Item

Most handmade orders take approximately 3 to 5 days to prepare, depending on the complexity of the design. Before shipping, Halonia will send you a preview photo of your finished piece.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, Halonia will help arrange a replacement or refund.

Because many Halonia pieces are handmade specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns simply because of a change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send a few clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Once we’ve reviewed the situation, we’ll help arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. In most verified cases, you will not need to send the damaged or incorrect item back unless we specifically ask you to.

Custom and personalized items are generally not returnable when they have been made correctly and are free from defects.
