Physical orders include tracking. Estimated delivery after shipment is approximately 7–12 days to the United States and 8–20 days to other international destinations.

Most orders are shipped with DHL or UPS, although another trusted carrier may be used depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their destination country.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT

A refund or replacement may be available if your item arrives damaged, has a verified defect, is different from what you ordered, or the shipment is confirmed lost in transit.

Digital Pattern

If you purchase the Digital Pattern option, no physical item will be shipped. Once your payment has been successfully completed, Halonia will send the PDF pattern to the email address you provided at checkout within 1 hour.

Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your order. If you haven’t received your pattern after 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder first. Finished Item

Most handmade orders take approximately 3 to 5 days to prepare, depending on the complexity of the design. Before shipping, Halonia will send you a preview photo of your finished piece.

Once we’ve reviewed the situation, we’ll help arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. In most verified cases, you will not need to send the damaged or incorrect item back unless we specifically ask you to.

Custom and personalized items are generally not returnable when they have been made correctly and are free from defects.
