RETURN

At Halonia, we want you to love what you ordered!
For all non-personalized items, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery — simply contact us and we’ll make it right.

For custom printed or personalized products, since each item is made individually just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, color, or change of mind.
However, if your personalized item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

You can send this information to haloniastore@gmail.com, and our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom printed or personalized products (unless defective or damaged)
  • Gift cards or store credit

REFUND PROCESS

Once your request is approved, we will issue your refund or replacement promptly.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after several business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Contact your payment provider — it may take additional time before the refund is processed.

  • If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at haloniastore@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you received a faulty product and would like an exchange for the same item, please contact us at haloniastore@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.


SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

Since all products are custom printed, we do not require you to ship the item back in most cases.
Our support team will review your issue and provide a solution such as a free replacement or refund without return shipping.

If a physical return is necessary (rare cases), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


GIFTS

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once approved.
For items not marked as gifts, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit and the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to change the size/address or cancel, please email haloniastore@gmail.com as soon as possible.

- If production has not started, we can cancel and refund in full.

- If production has started, cancellation is not available.
